Led large-scale retouching production for Nike’s global product campaigns, building and managing a streamlined workflow to handle high-volume asset creation across footwear and apparel. Designed a scalable system covering intake, retouching, QA, and approvals, ensuring consistency with brand standards while significantly increasing throughput. By optimizing processes and aligning cross-functional teams, I helped expand seasonal output from hundreds to thousands of assets without additional budget, improving efficiency, speed to market, and overall production quality.
